Day in Park Lodge Hotel
Great location at the top of the hill and my room had a view over the water so a definite plus point. On arrival the sun was shining so we got a drink from the bar and sat outside, the beer garden is very sheltered so didn't feel too cold. Garden is well kept with some good wooden seating and tables. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good 2 people, 2 courses, 2 bottles of cider £56.00. Breakfast was also in the restaurant and there was a good selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries followed by a cooked breakfast which was delicious. We paid £135 per room for B&B, but I'd expect this to rise in the summer. The staff are lovely and make you feel really welcome and facilities are spotless. Rooms are a good size with en-suite bathroom which is also good size also, TV on the wall which has all the Apps installed so you could log in your own details and watch if you wanted. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next visit.

The staff were all really friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, had nice view out the window, the bathroom was huge with a double shower that was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful - cereal, toast, drinks you helped yourself to and you could choose from a cooked menu as well. We couldn't fathom out another traveller's review of "breakfast a bit too self-service", it's not like you were in a chef's hat with a pan, you just made your own toast and they brought the topping to you! Car park easy to access and you can walk down into Tobermory in a few minutes on foot (it is a VERY steep hill to come back up but as long as you're fit and healthy it's no issue). There is a bar & restaurant onsite although we didn't use them. It says WiFi is only in communal areas but it worked fine in our room.

The hotel is up the hillside in Tobermory, as such had fantastic views, but is a steep walk up/down to/from the town. The room was a good size with all needed amenities. Also the bonus of a wee cooler, which for someone like me who drinks far more fizzy juice than tea or coffee meant I could get my cans nice and cold. Breakfast was buffet for cereals, toast, yougurt, tea, coffee and fruit juice. Hot items were ordered via the server and the plate brought to your table. I ate in the lounge bar most nights and found the evening menu varied and a good price. After I lost the use of my phone during my stay the staff were helpful organising taxis etc from reception.

A truly highland welcome followed by a refreshing beverage, served by Siva and excellent dinner, set us up nicely for the comfy quite nights sleep Breakfast in the morning was exceptional even had haggis and all locally sourced and cooked by the legendary chef Raymond . Having spent the day touring round the beautiful scenery of Mull we again were treated to an exceptional dinner and joined in the banter with some of the locals and so it went on, Truly a home from home with Sandy at reception overseeing proceedings not that that was needed, On the morning of departure a cheery wave from Raymond out the kitchen window sent us reluctantly on our way, Well done the team!!

Basic but really comfortable sized room (Room 16 - i think it’s a good one). Nothing to complain about, lovely views from double aspect windows, large shower room. We didn’t have an evening meal there but breakfast was great. Staff are lovely, couldn’t be more helpful and friendly ♥️ Should day bit of a hike down & back to town - up a hill so if you want to walk - maybe a consideration if you have mobility issues.
